Bruce Waltuck is a seasoned change leader and consultant with extensive experience in government, labor-management relations, process improvement, employee engagement, and leadership. He is currently engaged in helping organizations implement collaborative dialogue and adopt complexity-based approaches for managing change. He is a respected authority on quality and process improvement in government, having published and presented on this topic globally. With a deep understanding of the principles of complexity and generative leadership, he is committed to helping organizations achieve sustained success through his knowledge of business process improvement, change leadership, and employee engagement. Bruce holds a Master of Arts in Complexity, Chaos, and Creativity from Western Sydney University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Syracuse University. He is a professor at Kean University, where he teaches complexity and leadership. Bruce has also worked for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Delaware River Port Authority, among other government organizations.
