Kelly Higgins is a highly accomplished professional with experience in the fields of research, communication, marketing, and public service. Higgins has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication and Public Service from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked as a Director of Research at SKDKnickerbocker and ClearPath Strategies, and as a Senior Associate, Analyst, Project Associate, and Domestic Team Intern at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner. Additionally, she has previously worked as a news intern at KYW-TV and held internships at the US Department of Homeland Security, Adoptions From The Heart, and the Academy of Natural Sciences, demonstrating her interest in the fields of environmentalism, adoption, and public security.
