She eventually transitioned to become an HR and employment law consultant, helping small businesses manage their risks, develop HR strategies, and implement best practices. As the Director Owner of The HR Dept, Sarah manages the company's outsourced HR solutions, employment law advice, and HR policies. She also offers management and leadership training services, human resource planning, DISC profiles and personal feedback, and mediation services to help settle workplace conflicts.
