Michael Leen is a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of experience in building and leading top-performing teams in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. He boasts an impressive track record having been involved with technology firms in several leadership roles such as Director of Operations and Professional Services at Smartling and Business Partnerships Lead at MediaMonks. In addition, he was a co-founder and CEO of fibi & clo, which he exited successfully in the past.

Michael earned his undergraduate degree from the esteemed New York University – Leonard N. Stern School of Business and also completed MIT's certification program in digital transformation, logistics, materials, and supply chain management. He has been proactive in acquiring new skills and has taken several courses in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, and Facebook and Instagram audience ad management.

Currently, Michael is the VP, Global Sales, Americas, at Bristlecone, where he leads the sales team and drives overall revenue growth for the leading provider of AI-powered application transformation services for the connected supply chain.

Outside work, Michael is an accomplished athlete and has completed an Ironman long course. He also served on the board of DNTL Dental Clinic and Social Studies in the past and was part of the Office of the President at Clinton Global Initiative.
