Marcus Fly

Marcus Fly is a dedicated Service-Now Implementation Specialist with an emphasis on server discovery, data integration, and process automation. He has studied at Everett Community College and has developed skills and experience as a Windows and Linux server administrator. Moreover, Marcus has a good grasp of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process framework and Tier II support.
