Alissa Ampezzan is an accomplished product designer who has a wealth of experience in designing and building engaging digital products. She has honed her skills over the years through both her formal education and her work with several organizations ranging from startups to established companies. Alissa holds a master's degree in Digital Media & Education and a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, both from the University of Michigan, where she excelled with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Currently, Alissa is the Senior Director and Head of Product Design + Customer Experience at Tempus, Inc. where she leads the product design and customer experience teams. She has also served as a member of the Design Leadership Forum at InVision and as Director of Design at Tempus, Inc. In addition, she has taught Product Design at the Startup Institute, where her students benefited from her extensive knowledge and experience in the field.

Before joining Tempus, Inc., Alissa was Lead Designer at Civis Analytics and an Instructional Designer at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). Prior to that, she worked as a Designer at Q LTD, where she designed intuitive and engaging digital experiences for clients.

She is passionate about creating digital products that delight and empower users while achieving business goals.
