Rosie von Lila

Rosie von Lila is a highly experienced operations executive and advocate who has worked with government and corporate leaders. She has served as the Interim CEO of New America Alliance, a national organization advocating for businesses across the U.S. She has also founded Lumera, an emerging asset management firm focused on pension-driven infrastructure investment. Her unique background gives her a diverse perspective and passion for her work.

Rosie's proprietary leadership models help drive participation and loyalty from organizations' stakeholders, transforming individuals into community members. Her experience and research support her philosophy that impactful businesses and organizations effect positive change and draw contribution from community members. Rosie has led teams of different sizes, ranging from 5-85 people.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of San Francisco and has studied law and business administration at MIT Sloan School of Management. She has also studied leadership at the Modern Elder Academy, Ferrazzi Relationship Masters Academy, and Landmark Education.

Rosie is sought for insights on inclusion, diversity, and collaboration, and has authored a framework on stakeholder engagement and building business ecosystems. She has been invited as a guest to The Pentagon and the US National Defense University.
