Monica Ngov is a Product Manager and former UX Designer with a unique background in biological sciences. She specializes in developing complex, B2B data applications and has a proven track record of success in her field. Monica has experience working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects, including building energy intelligence tools for IoT devices, emergency hurricane response networks, and learning management systems for medical scribes.

Currently, Monica is working at Northwestern Mutual developing financial planning applications for financial representatives and wealth management advisors. She previously held similar roles at the company, including Senior Product Manager and Senior UX Designer. Before Northwestern Mutual, Monica worked at Enertiv and LearnVest, honing her expertise in user experience design.

Monica is an alumna of University of Virginia where she studied biology. She also studied User Experience Design Immersive at General Assembly. In her free time, Monica enjoys hiking in the summer and skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
