Ingo Susemihl is a seasoned international manager, entrepreneur, and business coach with over 30 years of professional experience in the high-tech industry. He holds a degree in physics and engineering from Fachhochschule Wedel and a finance certification from Insead. He has held various management and executive positions in R&D, technology management, sales, marketing, and consulting.

Ingo has a strong focus on innovation, business creation, and leadership. He is experienced in coaching and project management for start-ups as well as consulting for established companies. As a trained engineer, Ingo has a strong sense of cultural awareness and customer orientation which allows him to excel in his roles.

He was formerly employed at Siemens as a Passivist and Business Coach, as well as being a Venture Manager and Cyber Security Strategy, Initiatives and Innovation Principal at Next47. He was also once the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Rpc-The Retail Performance Company, Vice President Global Product and Portfolio Management Luminaires at Osram, and Vice President Sales and Marketing, a Member of the Managing Board at Siteco Beleuchtungstechnik GmbH. Moreover, he was the General Manager and Head of Business Unit Lighting at Arri and a Senior Director at Infineon Technologies.

Ingo Susemihl was also the Research Associate at DLR, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and FH Wedel. He also served as the Technology Development Officer at the Embassy of Canada.
