Dylan Hall has dedicated his career to helping others achieve their full potential and make a positive impact on society. With a Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Social Welfare from the University at Albany, SUNY, Hall has an extensive background in social innovation, entrepreneurship, and health equity. He has served as Director, Founder, Consultant, and Project Director for various organizations, including Alliance for Better Health, Healthy Capital District Initiative, Common Good Design, Leadership Foundations, and Light the City. Hall's expertise revolves around organizational health, teamwork, leadership development, brand strategy, design thinking, systems thinking, collective impact, social determinants of health, community engagement, and social impact. Prior to his work in the social sector, Hall was a Child Protective Investigator at Schenectady County DSS and a Clinician at Vanderheyden Hall, Inc.
