She has extensive experience working with various organizations, including the Exploratorium, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, Resilient by Design, and the Sierra Club.

Emma's career includes roles as a Research Data Analyst, Research Program Manager, Research Program Consultant, and Program Manager (Environment). Along with these positions, she has also worked as a Field Organizer, Assistant Canvass Director, and Organizing Representative.
