Sahida Jaleel is an accomplished Senior Data Scientist with a diverse skillset gained from over a decade of experience working with various organizations. Sahida graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology. She has expertise in data mining techniques, statistical, machine learning, and AI on platforms including R, Python, SAS, Alteryx, SQL, and Tableau. With knowledge in crafting solutions on big data platforms like Hadoop, back-end databases like IBM DB2, and leveraging PySpark for model deployment, Sahida's passion lies in the interpretability of critical insights and what comes from the numbers.

Sahida began her career as a Research Intern for the Naval Physical Oceanographic Laboratory (NPOL), Ministry of Defense, India. She then went on to hold significant positions in various organizations. At Rogers Communications, she holds the position of a Senior Data Scientist, where she solves problems, bridges gaps for the business, and provides insights through her data-driven techniques. Prior to this, Sahida worked with EY, where she was a Senior Consultant, both in the Advanced Analytics Grade 1 and Grade 2 roles. She worked closely with clients, providing insights and crafting solutions to complex business problems, delivering measurable results. With her adeptness in data analytics, she spent several years working for Mu Sigma Inc., where she began her journey as a Business Analyst and worked her way up as an Apprentice leader, Senior Business Analyst, and Senior Decision Scientist, shaping her into a well-rounded professional.
