Kelly Westfall

Kelly Westfall is a skilled and accomplished Director of Recruitment Services with a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from James Madison University. With her exceptional background, Kelly boasts a wealth of knowledge that crosses over psychological theory and practical application in the workforce. She possesses an unerring commitment to supporting the recruitment needs of various industries, having worked for companies such as Jack in the Box and Next Wright Marketing & Promotions.

As a Human Resources Specialist at Next Wright Marketing & Promotions, Kelly was responsible for enhancing the organization's HR policies and procedures. She led efforts in setting new employee standards, revamped the recruitment process, and served as the office manager. While at Jack in the Box, she worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR and Training Intern for Distribution, and HR Intern. She also served as a Teaching Assistant while studying for her master's degree at San Diego State University.

Currently, as Director of Recruitment Services at Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions, Kelly is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process outsourcing services for several industries. She handles high-volume staffing needs for clients and provides excellent labor market insights to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
