Sameer Malhotra is a seasoned professional with a multifaceted career spanning over 25 years across various roles including business leadership, sales, operations, AML/KYC/risk management, contact center management, and quality programs. With an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Birla Institute of Management Technology, he has led global teams across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Sameer has worked as a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co, Managing Director (AML/KYC and Reference Data Operations), Cluster Head, Director, Senior Vice President, Service Delivery Leader (Vice President), and Associate Vice President at Deutsche Bank, WNS, Sitel, GE, and Discovery Communications, respectively. Sameer has also undergone extensive training and has formally been certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma and LEAN, as well as Change Management at GE.
