Thomas Visby Snitker is a highly experienced senior user research manager with a background in film and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Copenhagen. He has held positions at various organizations, including being an external reviewer of exams at institutions like Diku, Aalborg University, and IT University of Copenhagen. He also founded Brugercentrisk, a facilitation company that specializes in user-centric approaches to business, and was a partner in Uxalliance, a company that offered user experience consulting services.

Before his current role at Lego Group, Snitker had worked as a usability specialist for companies such as Grey Digital Singapore, Mediacom, and Kmd. He was also the CEO of his own consulting firm, Snitkergroup, which focused on user experience design and research. He has extensive experience in managing and conducting user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and participant recruitment, as well as analyzing and communicating research findings.

Snitker holds great expertise in user-centered design, qualitative research, conceptualization, and team management.
