Hamish Thompson is a seasoned PR and corporate communications strategist with 30 years of experience working with Boards and senior management teams, both in-house for FTSE-100 businesses and as founder and managing director of his multi-award-winning consultancy. He has advised CEOs, CFOs, marketing directors, and corporate affairs directors at over 100 businesses and organizations worldwide, including many household names.

Hamish specializes in delivering high-impact communication programs that reset the relationship between brands and their audiences and markets. His successful objective is to enable clients to be heard, rather than just part of the herd. Hamish has lectured extensively on communications strategy and frequently appears as a commentator on brand strategy on television, radio, and in national and international papers and journals.

Hamish's educational background includes studying the Executive Development Program at Henley Business School and the Leadership Development Program at Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from The Australian National University.

Currently, Hamish is the PR and brand communications strategist at Hamish Thompson Ltd, and earlier, he founded Houston PR, where he served as senior partner and creative director. Hamish also held academic appointments as visiting lecturer at the University of St Andrews.
