After relocating to Melbourne, Richard worked in finance and human capital management, where he set up Australia's largest outsourced recruitment function before focusing on recruitment in the Environment and Sustainability sector.

With a dedicated interest in sustainability, Richard has spent the last 6 years exclusively recruiting for environmental and sustainability roles, aligning with organizations to support their sustainability strategies.

In addition to his role at Talent Nation, Richard is actively involved in supporting sustainability initiatives as the Chair of the Banksia Foundation.
