Cassio Conceicao is a seasoned executive leader in the high-tech industry with more than 25 years of experience. He has held top positions such as COO, EVP, and GM of product and services business units at large corporations, medium-sized firms, and startups. His expertise includes overseeing product development, operations, marketing, sales, and R&D. He has shown proficiency in strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and delivering measurable results, ranging from high growth to business model pivots and turn-arounds. Cassio has also led M&A integrations and divestitures. He is a Stanford University alumnus and studied both Electrical Engineering and English Literature with Creative Writing emphasis.
Cassio is recognized for his leadership and team-building skills, strategy development and execution, P&L management, scaling operations, continuous process improvement, change management, and global and multicultural operations. Now, he serves as the Board Chair of Child Advocates of Silicon Valley, a non-profit organization focused on supporting foster children in Santa Clara County, CA. Before his appointment, Cassio was the Chief Operating Officer at Lunera, COO SGI & VP Strategy and Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EVP and Chief Operating Officer at SGI, and Corporate VP and GM Services Business Unit at Applied Materials. Cassio also co-founded Grand River Solutions and was a Strategic Advisor at CRC Inc.
