Kam Fai TAI

Kam Fai Tai is a highly educated and experienced professional in design and property development.

With a Bachelor of Architecture from Tsinghua University, a Master's Degree of Architecture from University of Sheffield, and a MSc. of Major Programme Management from University of Oxford, Kam has a strong educational background.

He has worked with renowned Master Architects like Lord Norman Foster and Prof Rem Koolhaas on key projects such as London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 Extension, the Willis building, and CCTV Headquarters.

As the global director at SURE Architecture, he led the team to win prestigious awards like the 1st prize of London skyscraper and the Gold Award of London Design Awards 2014.

Kam is known for his innovative design approach in large-scale mixed-use, office buildings, cultural, and residential projects.

In addition to his design expertise, Kam has significant experience in property development and project management in both China and the UK, overseeing projects exceeding £500 million in value.

He has a keen interest in sustainability, urban renewal, and 5 Dimension Architecture - concepts he presented at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2014.
