Daniel Perez

Daniel Perez is a seasoned Operations Manager with a wealth of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. He holds an A.S in Avionics System Technology from Air University, as well as a B.S. in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University. Throughout his career, Daniel has demonstrated his ability to manage complex operational processes, plan and organize production activities, and identify and address inefficiencies using tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Value Stream Mapping.

With a background that includes a range of leadership positions, Daniel has honed his skills in people development and training. As a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, he served as a Superintendent of Standardization and Evaluation, where he led training and development initiatives for a team of professionals. More recently, he worked for Triumph Aerostructures - Vought Aircraft Division, where he served as an Assembly Supervisor and an Operations Manager I. Daniel is currently a Senior Analyst - Quality Audits at Triumph Group, where he leverages his expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational excellence.

In addition to his professional experience, Daniel is committed to ongoing personal and professional development. He has earned a range of professional certifications, including an A.S. in Instructor Technology and Military Science from Air University.
