Adam Reilly is a partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, leading the M&A Transaction Services practice for the West Region. With over 20 years at Deloitte and 14 years dedicated to M&A, Adam has been involved in over 100 transactions, ranging from leveraged buyouts to strategic mergers. Specializing in due diligence, deal structuring, and financial reporting, Adam provides strategic advice to buyers. He has experience in all transaction stages, including integration and divestiture. Before M&A, Adam worked in Deloitte's audit practices in Los Angeles, Bermuda, and San Francisco. Adam holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2012, he received the 40 Under 40 West M&A Advisor Recognition Award from M&A Advisor.
