Max Nussenbaum is a multi-talented professional with experience as a product manager, venture partner, co-author, program director, and CEO. He is currently serving as a product manager at On Deck, where he oversees the development of tools that aid founders in raising capital. He founded Castle Co. an online marketplace for short-term rentals and also co-founded Rebirth Realty, a startup to provide affordable housing. Nussenbaum earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Government from Wesleyan University and attended Y Combinator in W2016 Batch. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund and as a Product Manager at Latch. Additionally, he has worked as a designer, front-end developer, and fellow of Venture For America. Nussenbaum is also a writer, publishing his musings in his newsletter, My Super Secret Diary, where he delves into funny feelings, love or something like it, and how to be alive.
