- Coordinated all operational activities for the business as well as spearheaded the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of corporate policies and procedures;- Developed reporting templates and implemented their usage across all divisions;- Liaised with leaders from sales, account management, finance and technology to develop monitoring and reporting metrics for executive review; - Developed, implemented and managed organizational procedures, systems and review process for all personnel; - Created new-hire on boarding process and developed longterm staffing plans, including a rotational internship program; - Spent 12 months as the lead representative from the company on the acquisition and build-out of a 11,100 sq. ft. new office space in Midtown Manhattan, running point on all aspects including site selection with brokers, lease negotiating and closing with company Counsel, developing and finalizing design and construction plans with our architect and union subcontractors, selecting finishings and furniture, overseeing installations and coordinating final move-in with 35 employees; and- Managed relationships with all vendors associated with construction and moving.
