Erick Martinez is a Lean-Agile Strategist, Organizational Development Enabler, and Team Coach with an extensive range of experience across various industries. From software development to the public and private sectors, Erick has played critical roles in high-stake technical projects and served top-tier organizations in Canada's healthcare and banking sectors. He has also worked in domains such as AI research, e-commerce, content management, and sport league management.

As a coach and consultant, Erick enables leaders and organizations to enhance their service delivery and continuous improvement capabilities through disciplined data collection, feedback loops, and rapid learning.
