Lisa Tsubouchi

Lisa Tsubouchi is the Founder and Principal of Sachi & Maja, an event design group known for creating seamless and eco-friendly experiences for all types of events.

With a background in Foreign Languages & Literatures from Lewis & Clark College, Japanese studies at Kansai Gaidai University, French studies at Middlebury College, and Anthropology and Japanese studies at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Lisa brings a diverse skill set to her event planning endeavors.

Prior to founding Sachi & Maja, Lisa held various roles including Interim Director of Annual Giving at Marin Academy, Office/Studio Assistant at Azil Boutique, Office Manager at Tilden Preparatory School Marin, Wedding Coordinator at Lily Spruce, and Founder at Calico Café, among others.

Lisa Tsubouchi's professional journey also includes experiences as the Founder of Calico Café, Co-Founder of KitTea, Founder and CEO of suitcase supperclub, and Crossroads Program Coordinator at Marin Academy, showcasing her versatility and passion for entrepreneurship.

Lisa's career history further extends to roles such as Campus Coordinator at Aim High, Hostess at 1300 on Fillmore, Program Assistant at North Seattle Community College, Program Coordinator at Azumano Travel, and various positions in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
