Hendrik Panca, an accomplished professional in the tech startup and financial services industry, has been making strides in various leadership roles throughout his career. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), he has gained hands-on experience in data analytics and visualization, performance marketing, financial modeling and business planning, stock market analysis and trading, and more.

Prior to joining the tech industry, Hendrik served as an Institutional Investment Advisor and Equity Technical Analyst at various financial firms, including NH Korindo Securities Indonesia and SMBC Nikko Securities Indonesia. He later moved on to become the Director of Business Development at Momentum Global Partners and the Chief Financial Officer at Tinkerlust. He also served as the Head of Data at TADA and the Head of Strategy (CEO Office) at Warung Pintar.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Hendrik is also a former analyst at Vibiz Consulting Group and co-owner of Bakmi Wanlung. With his broad spectrum of expertise and extensive experience, he continues to make an impactful difference in the tech startup community.
