Mitchell Catling is an experienced Innovation Team Lead with a background in the chemical industry. Over the course of seven years working with BASF, the largest chemical company in the world, he has conceptualized and developed innovative environmental solutions for the mining industry, resulting in the generation of three patents. Additionally, he has managed a team of research scientists for four years and authored research papers presented at six industry conferences. Mitchell obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona and served as a Student NMR Researcher in Drug Design and Development within the University's Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology.
