Dr. Ivar van Heijningen is a highly experienced plastic surgeon and a well-respected figure in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery.
He obtained his MD in Medicine from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and completed his high school education at christelijk lyceum Apeldoorn.
Throughout his career, Dr. van Heijningen has held various significant positions in prestigious organizations such as the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS), where he currently serves as Secretary.
He has also served as Past-president at EASAPS / ESAPS, Aesthetic Chapter verantwoordelijke at RBSPS, and President Elect at EASAPS among other notable roles.
Dr. Ivar van Heijningen has a wealth of experience as a plastic surgeon, having worked at esteemed institutions including Duinbergen Clinic, VZW Gezondheidszorg Oostkust, and Nederlandse Vereniging voor Plastische Chirurgie.
His training includes residency in plastic surgery at UMC St Radboud Ziekenhuis, Nijmegen, and UZ Gent, as well as agio surgery at Catharina Hospital Eindhoven.
