Natalie Edell is a music executive, entrepreneur, and digital marketing consultant who has worked with Grammy Award winning producers and Multi-Platinum artists for over a decade. A Northwestern University alumna, Natalie has experience in various fields, including music management, A&R, marketing, and digital media. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to create IndieU, a music media company, and later join an accelerator and VC fund.
Natalie worked at ICM Partners, Genuine Music Group, and Virgin Records before joining Grand Cru Entertainment, a leading Music Management, Publishing, and Production Company. At Grand Cru Entertainment, she worked as an A&R and Head of Marketing, helping to secure 30+ Grammy nominations, 7 Grammy wins, 150+ sync placements, and 3 CLIO Awards.
Natalie's entrepreneurial drive also led her to utilize her digital marketing skills in a major Hollywood entertainment and licensing company before co-founding Ohana Worldwide, LLC, and Green Roots, LLC both wholesale distribution companies and ingredient providers. Currently, Natalie is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Ohana Chem Co., LLC.
With a wealth of experience in the music industry and entrepreneurship, Natalie's expertise carries over into digital marketing, business development, and management. Her adaptability and problem-solving skills have made her a valuable addition to multiple organizations.
