I've been recommended to the Dynamics CRM 2013 Sales Team at Microsoft from my Campaign Manager at CBS as "top-performer telemarketer".- I've been trained on the program, I studied it and worked on it.- I provided technical enablement and support to the potential Microsoft's clients in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, England and Italy. I've been working with excel in order to analyze and categorize the data collected in the German, English and Italian social media with the Sysomos system. I've been correspondent from Berlin (Jan 2011 – Feb 2013) and London (from Feb 2013) for the first Sicilian business newspaper (<a href="http://www.qds.it">www.qds.it</a>). My job in the German capital has been to analyze the budget sheets and the economic and eco-friendly strategies of the Berliner waste management authority. I've been constantly in contact with German companies and ecology movements (Bsr, Alba, Interseroh, Nabu) via email and telephone – sometimes also arranging Interviews (always just speaking, writing and listening German). My articles have been published every week, on Friday (a whole page of 3-4 articles for 8.300 characters) and Saturday (weekly column of 2.000 characters). I made researches also about the following subjects: green economy,renewable energies, waste to energy plants, waste to fuel plants, sorting plants, recycling, landfills and EU directives. The goal of all my research has been to understand what can be practically and reasonably done with the current waste emergency existing in Sicily and south Italy by taking the most economically and technologically advanced European capitals as models. Since February 2013 I live in Lewisham and I continue my work in London writing also about finance, credit institution, digitalization, business development plans, transports, integration, mental disability and racism.
