Ales' Zhuk is a talented entrepreneur who has successfully created and managed multiple event and festival projects. He is the founder and CEO of DozoR, a city quest network that takes place in hundreds of cities across the country. In addition to his work with DozoR, Zhuk also specializes in organizing corporate events and dance festivals. He has experience as an organizer in the World Festival of Youth and Students and El Huracan Tango Marathon. Zhuk is also the owner of Flores de Invierno Tango Weekend.

Zhuk is educated in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the International Institute of Tourism and Management and has earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Grodno State University. He is well-versed in event planning and management, venue management, marketing, team management, and customer service. He has a passion for dance and uses this passion to organize and promote dance festivals.
