Phil Scarfi, an accomplished firefighter in New York City, has a passion for building software that can change, save, and improve lives. He's the founder of Pioneer Mobile Applications, an innovative company committed to building software that has the potential to transform people's lives. Prior to starting his own business, Phil honed his technological expertise while working as a mobile developer at BuzzFeed.

Apart from his work in the technology space, Phil is also an experienced firefighter who has served with both the Deer Park Volunteer Fire Department and the New York City Fire Department. He's a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he studied computer science, business management, and management as part of his Bachelor's and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees.

Phil is a man of diverse interests and experiences, having also worked as a tour guide at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and as an IT department intern at the Deer Park School District. Additionally, he's an owner of a DJ and MC business called S&K Entertainment that highlights his creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
