Emily Bader is an MBA candidate at the Simon Business School with a focus on marketing and organizational and competitive strategy. As a people enthusiast and efficient organizer, Bader is dedicated to helping companies improve their people and processes to achieve their best results. She has experience working in the non-profit sector and is passionate about LGBTQ+ causes. She has served on the Reaching Out MBA and ROMBA Conference Leadership teams and is a former board member of various clubs at Simon Business School. Bader obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Puget Sound and studied for her high school diploma at The Catlin Gabel School.
