Yan Tan, a young and dynamic individual, holds a Diploma in Special Education and a BBA Double Major in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource and Marketing from the National Institute of Education and Singapore Management University, respectively. Yan is a passionate learner who believes in living in the moment and dealing with life with a long-term perspective.

Yan has a diverse work history that includes a stint as a Special Education Teacher at Metta School, where Yan discovered a passion for working with individuals that have special needs. In addition, Yan interned at A*STAR, Singapore's Agency for Science, Technology, and Research as a Market Research Intern, and has worked as a facilitator and private tutor.

Currently, Yan is a co-founder at SpedGrow, an organization that is dedicated to supporting students with special needs. Yan's commitment to growth, both as an individual and for society, is evident in their work experience and educational background.
