Ralf Ganzenmueller is a seasoned business executive with a wealth of experience in market research, customer experience, and loyalty. He studied Business Administration at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, and has since held numerous leadership positions in top organizations.
Currently, Ganzenmueller serves as the Chairman of Ipsos Customer Experience (CX) & Channel Performance (ChP) at Ipsos, where he provides insights and guidance on customer-centric strategies. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of Ipsos D-A-CH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), where he oversaw market research operations in those regions and ensured their continued growth and success.
Ganzenmueller also played a key role in the transition of GfK Research to Ipsos, where he served as the Carve-Out & Integration Manager. Before Ipsos, he worked at companies such as GfK Sverige A.B, Information Res. Inc (IRI), Bacardi, and GfK, where he gained invaluable experience in marketing, trade, and management.
