Naveen Rao is a seasoned entrepreneur, technologist, and business executive hailing from the United States. He is best known for his innovative work in developing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions that have transformed industries worldwide. Rao holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UCSB and a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Purdue University. Throughout his illustrious career, he has served in various leadership roles at top companies such as Intel and Google Brain.
Most notably, Rao is the Co-founder and CEO of Nervana Systems, a tech startup specializing in AI solutions for big data analytics. Under his leadership, Nervana successfully raised $25 million in venture capital financing and was eventually acquired by Intel in 2016 for an undisclosed amount.
