Meet Michael Bulger, a dynamic professional with diverse experience in the US Army, Law Enforcement, Protection, Security, National Defense, and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). His expertise includes developing innovative programs, managing conflicts, fostering inclusive workplaces, preparing budgets, and utilizing technology effectively.

Michael holds a degree in Police Science, certifications in Personal Protection Specialist and UPO Drug Interdiction, and has completed coursework in Studies/Police Science. He has managed an Enterprise Facilities Security Office for a National Level Intelligence Information Sharing and Analysis Center and coordinated with SCIF Accrediting Authorities to comply with all policies and procedures. He has also assisted in developing and implementing an Enterprise-Wide IT Information Systems Security Program in accordance with NISPOM, DCID 6/3, DOD 5200.1-R, DOD 5105.21-M-1, TEMPEST countermeasures, Joint DODIIS/Cryptologic SCI Information Security Standards.

In addition, Michael has extensive experience as a Former Sr. Contractor Special Security Officer at ITT-AES, Former Database Manager, Former Reports/Records Manager, and Former Contractor Special Security Officer, all at the Defense Intelligence Agency. In his current position as President/Founder of Northern Efficiency, he builds strategic relationships and achieves common goals for the mutual benefit of others.
