Erika Diez is a multi-talented individual with an impressive educational background and a wide range of professional experiences. She is a graduate of Baruch College, City University of New York (CUNY), where she earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Marketing/Trade/Commerce. She also studied abroad at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Queensborough Community College. Erika furthered her education by studying for a Master of Business Administration degree at Swiss School of Business and Management.

Erika has a diverse range of professional experiences from working at various companies in different capacities, such as Purolator International, Bolloré Logistics, Leschaco Inc., Expeditors, CTS Logistics Group, Smartling, and Sam's Family Dental Care. Her roles have included expedited/AOG specialist, air export agent, air export customer service, customs brokerage agent, import-export coordinator, digital marketing intern, administrative assistant, and office manager.
