Cairns has degrees in Business Administration, BS Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and studied CIMA, Finance at University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, and MA Education, Catholic Thought at the University of Sacramento. He is a Senior Vice President at D.A. Davidson Companies and has held senior positions at Baird and A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc and successor firms.
