Vivek Naik, a seasoned Manufacturing Manager and Continuous Improvement expert with extensive experience in various industry verticals including Pulse Industrial, Crop Stacks Agritech, Sprineer Engineering, and Sourcing Pvt. Ltd., Top Brass Mfg Co. Pvt. Ltd., Ultra Seating Co. Inc., and VN Engineering Services, is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Master of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology, and The University of Texas at Arlington with a Master's degree, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Goa University.

Vivek, whose career spans over two decades, has a wealth of experience in new product launches, operational improvement, lead-time reduction, quality improvement, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction improvement. He is a student of Lean management since 2002, and he implements systems for data-driven decision making while focusing on creating sustainable improvements driven by transformation of the culture, people, process, and technology. He utilizes his expertise to coach business owners, managers, and staff to use continuous improvement methodology for solving business problems, while also facilitating groups to develop and execute change management plans.

At Pulse Industrial, Vivek is responsible for the management of the manufacturing operations, whilst also being a former Lead Product Engineer at Pulse Industrial; he uses his knowledge and experience to transform the company’s culture, people, process, and technology to deliver sustainable improvements. Before joining Pulse Industrial, Vivek was a Research and Teaching Assistant at Conrad School of Entrepreneurship and Business, where he mentored students on the Lean and Continuous Improvement methodology.
