IT Risk Management Associate

- Assign deficiencies to the correct physicians for completion according to the protocol established by each clinical service•  Perform analysis of documentation and assign physician deficiencies to ensure timely completion of the medical records•  Analyze and assign deficiencies to electronic medical records•  Validate and update discharge disposition from case management•  Process requests for information from insurance companies, attorneys, patients, PRO, physicians, federal and state agencies, etc., as assigned.•  Identify and prepare health records eligible for off-site storage or destruction.•  Navigate through Lawson Portal, Echo System and Sunrise Clinical Manager(SCM) to complete the ROI requests•  Enter requests accurately into ROI systems•  Organize documents in each patient's record in accordance with the chart order policy•  Review the list of hospital-acquired condition (HAC) accounts
