• Construction of the sales playbook, through the study of good practices of different inputs (HubSpot, Reev, Fundação Estudar, Predictable revenues);
• Conducting A / B tests to identify more effective ways to build relationships and offer our services;
• Creation of the communication script based on the SPIN Selling methodology;

Through the university league, young people organize themselves to spread an unexplored theme in their grid curriculum.

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder

Responsible for organizing Ejs information in order to assist in the search and elaboration of training and events directed to the MEJ Capixaba. In addition, it assists in guiding and facilitating benchmarking among federated EJs and in aligning the federated and non-federated network with the programs of JuniorES and Junior Brazil.
• Support each Junior Enterprise taking into account the level of management of each JE and their individual needs and establishing mentors for each JE;
• Seek new tools for the development of best management practices among JE;
• Develop the EYM Capixaba, through online and classroom training, which aim to work on the improvement points collected with each EJ and through the Diagnosis;
• Encourage the exchange of practices between junior companies from the state of Espírito Santo, providing junior entrepreneurs with experience in other JE's, as well as encouraging Benchmarkings through the sharing of best practices;
• Assist in the promotion of benchmarking among JE's;
• Organize the results obtained through the tools of obtaining of inputs and of performance analysis;
• Identify strengths and improvement points of junior companies and organize for easy access.

Responsible for following the manufacturing phases of the products and inspect the receipt and organize the storage and movement of inputs, application of CEP tool through SAP software.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of products and materials through physical-chemical analyzes, raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and final product through the monitoring of the manufacturing phases of the products;
• Monitor PCCs (Critical Control Points) and PPROs (Operational Prerequisite Programs);
• Keep the workplace clean and organized, as well as laboratory benches and tools, ensuring quality and safety in the execution of activities;
• Record in its own form any non-conformities observed during the activities, noting the faults and defects verified, as well as materials and products outside the specifications, for control purposes and to enable the correction of existing faults;
• Control and keep up-to-date records of the quality assurance process to ensure control of information and results and enable corrective or preventive action to be taken;
