Marisa Hohaia is an accomplished executive recruiter and coach with a passion for helping people achieve their long-term goals and improve their happiness. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied psychology, and The University of Waikato, where she earned a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Marisa started her career as a Psychological Consultant at OPRA Psychology Group before moving on to become a Recruiter for Marketing and Consumer Goods at Michael Page. She then became an Executive Search Consultant with a focus on commercial interiors at Palladian West, LLC before eventually landing at Search Collective as an Executive Recruiter & Coach. Marisa values the relationships she has with her clients and candidates and enjoys being able to contribute to their growth and success.
