He is a co-founder and COO of HYGEN, a dynamic startup focused on sustainable hygiene solutions. Prior to that, Strods worked as a financial analyst and project manager at the Bureau of Investment Solutions, where he honed his skills in financial analysis, modeling, and project management. He also worked as a junior project manager at Eventus Corporate Finance, a leading consultancy firm in the Baltics, and as a financial market trader, making successful trades as a self-employed professional.
