Emily Whittaker is an accomplished talent and development professional who has mastered the art of developing high-performing individuals, teams and cultures within organisations. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Human Resource Management and Sociology from the University of Bath. Emily's diverse HR background includes working both in-house and consulting roles across multiple sectors, such as tech, pharma, government and financial services.

Throughout her career, Emily has worked on developmental projects throughout the entire life-cycle, with specialisation in talent and leadership development, digital learning, inclusion and diversity, continuous performance management, EVP and onboarding, organisation culture such as values and behaviours, project management and change and transformation.

Emily has worked with prominent organisations throughout her career, such as Senior Talent and Development Partner at Moonpig, Group Talent and Development Manager at Photobox Group, Talent and Learning Innovation - Principle Consultant at PA Consulting Group among others. Her dedication and passion were recently acknowledged, as she was shortlisted for a Rising Star Award sponsored by the Sunday Times UK Newspaper earlier this year.
