Establishing and leading AT&T's $100m innovation center, The Foundry, strategically delivering accelerated time to market, opening up new markets (including healthcare) and bringing human-centered design processes across all of AT&T's business units. Formed and led a dedicated design team, and acted as advisor to dozens of projects. Also represented AT&T's $7b Enterprise business units in the Foundry, coordinating with executives, VP's and product managers to develop ABS innovation strategy, project pipeline, oversee projects in development and transfer to realization and launch.

Founding and leading IDEO's Medical Products group, including relationship management (global pharma to start-ups) and overseeing the development of IDEO's Medical Products team and capability. This included scoping and developing innovation projects, staffing and guiding project teams while acting as a design mentor across multiple projects. Products launched include Edwards Lifesciences, Eli Lilly and 3M Healthcare.
