With a unique and insightful understanding of working across the complete life-cycle of operations and risks, Pawan has been a part of the start-up teams in HDFC Bank & YES Bank, as well as global multinational banks like HSBC, ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered Bank, & Mashreq Bank.

As the Transformation Director - Risk Advisory at EY, Pawan is responsible for leading transformation programs globally in the risk management domain. In the past, Pawan has held leadership roles at HSBC as the Head of Security & Fraud Risk, Head of Business Continuity, and Lead Risk Officer. Pawan was also a part of YES Bank's startup team as the Start-Up Member - Retail Operations & Service Delivery.
