David Cibrian

David Cibrian is the Co-founder and CEO of American Triple I, a prominent investor, developer, and manager of infrastructure assets. With a rich background in fund management, financial matters, and legal affairs, David possesses a diverse set of skills. His expertise spans across Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Credit Transactions, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Risk Management, Legal Affairs, Joint Ventures, Strategic Business Partnerships, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Mergers, Investor Relations, and Media Relations.

Throughout his career, David has held several significant roles including lawyer, accountant, corporate executive, and investment professional. His professional journey includes being a former CPA at Ernst & Young, Los Angeles, and an international and corporate attorney for 25 years, wherein he specialized in public finance at O'Melveny & Myers, Los Angeles. David's impactful involvement in the financial sector extended to being a previous member of the Texas Finance Commission and the Texas Credit Union Commission, appointments made by the then Texas Governor Rick Perry.

David pursued his education diligently by acquiring a Doctor of Jurisprudence and Doctorates in Law from Georgetown University Law Center. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University.
