Ashlesha Kadam, a seasoned professional with a strong academic background, has extensive experience in management, product development, and online sales. She earned her MBA degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and also studied at Cornell University - Johnson Graduate School of Management. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Honours from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Kadam began her professional journey as a Summer Intern at D-Link India Limited and later worked as a Software Engineer, IPsec Team, Access Routing Technology Group at Cisco Systems. After this, she worked as a Leadership Associate (LEAP) 2014 at Aditya Birla Group before moving to her Manager, Online Sales role for Allen Solly. She later worked at Amazon as a Category Manager, Televisions, Category Merchant Manager, Watches, and now as Sr. Product Manager - Technical.
