Jessica Cole is a civic techie and urbanite with a passion for utilizing technology to drive social change. With a BA in Political Science and Urban Studies from Yale University, she has dedicated her career to serving the public by working with organizations such as City of Walnut Creek, Code for America, and U.S. Digital Response, where she is currently the Interim CEO. As a Tech Policy Fellow at The Aspen Institute, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work in building innovative solutions to societal challenges.
Jessica's background includes a broad range of roles, from being an Outreach Director at Panorama Education to a Marketing Consultant at SeeClickFix. She has also served as a development services innovation lead and head of innovation and economic development at City of Walnut Creek. Additionally, she was a reporter and Dwight Hall Urban Fellow at The New Haven Independent and a Yale President's Public Service Fellow at the International Festival of Arts and Ideas.
